KR – Unofficial Site Revamp!

If you’ve visited Kenneth Roberts – the Unofficial Site before, you’ll notice that it looks quite different now. I’ve been saying that I wanted to revamp this site, but with life and work, I’ve neglected to fulfill my promise – until now.

With this revamp, I aim for the following:

  1. A cleaner, less cluttered layout and easier navigation of the site.
  2. Posts that engage Roberts’ work more seriously. For a number of years, I ran this site as a fan site. While there’s nothing wrong with this approach, I’ve wanted (for some time) to explore Roberts’ fiction and non-fiction as both a fan and as an academic. This revamp is the beginning of my new approach.
  3. A running resource list of past and current articles, theses, dissertations, and other published works that engage Kenneth Roberts’ works. When possible, I’ll provide links to these resources.

You may notice that the blog posts are missing right now. I plan on sifting through these posts and reworking some to eventually repost. Further, I will be adding new content to the site based upon my research and writing.

I began this site in 2009 because there was no other website devoted to Kenneth Roberts and his works, and this remains true fifteen years later. I want to make this site a respected resource for fans and scholars alike who are interested in Kenneth Roberts the man, the journalist, and the author. To this end, I will aim for quality, not quantity.

Thank you for visiting Kenneth Roberts – The Unofficial Site. Please come back again to see what’s been added.
